Sea Moss (when prepared properly) doesn’t necessarily have a taste. There is a small possibility that it can have a fair Sea-like smell by it naturally coming from that habitat. The fruit infused Sea Moss (gel & frozen) taste like the indicated flavor. When consuming the frozen the texture depending on your pallet may taste like a popsicle, smoothie, or frozen sherbet / ice cream.

Sea Moss gel can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 weeks. Frozen Sea Moss can be stored up to 6 months.
